When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When someone scans a QR code, we collect anonymous analytics data including device type, browser, approximate location (country/city level), and IP address for uniqueness tracking.
We use your information to provide the PikaQR service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails, and display scan analytics in your dashboard. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (emails), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your QR codes, analytics, and personal information.
