By creating an account or using PikaQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PikaQR provides dynamic QR code generation, management, and analytics. QR codes redirect through our servers, allowing you to change destinations without reprinting.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not use PikaQR for unlawful purposes, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
QR codes must not redirect to content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to deactivate QR codes that violate these terms without notice.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or QR code redirect failures.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all associated data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
